this is my old CAVE with TMC on 7 ... no other mods, 97 fuel ...

Yes i have and it made 210.7 and 240ftlbs mine is a stage 1 on the old engine

Kingfisher9307,   so you are saying that is a CAVE engine pre Ocotber 2012, not a CTHE Late 2012-2013 ?

so to clarify , is that a CAVE engine with a remap ?  (was getting excited for a second! lol..)

I have the 2012 cave engine :) but my car has a few more mods than just a remap! But i would definaitly say after remap fit a bigger front mount intercooler, that paired with the itg induction gave my car such a boost in power and torque, it was running 195 bhp and 195 ftlbs before i fitted the bigger intercooler!

I would say the ITG is contributing a lot of that gain, just from what I have seen on my car, it seems to support a mapped car really nicely.  Whose map do you have if you don't mind me asking.  Also which intercooler did you go for?

Sharkrider, me and maybe some others are really interested in how a Standard CTHE Engine is performing,

and the BHP/PS, Nm as standard from the factory on their MAP..

Yeah my car was registered in april 2012 but is on a 62 plate! Its a cave engine with uprated ngk iridium spark plugs, revo remap with port controller, forge bov, itg induction kit, milltek catback with silencer delete and universal intercooler from (universalintercoolers.co.uk) highly recomended! My first RR was without the intercooler and it made 195 bhp and 195 ftlbs, i noticed that the car felt as though it was struggling for air and felt restricted. So i could only pin it down to the tiny intercooler fitted from standard and replaced it with a universal as in my mind intercoolers aslong as they are made properly are all the same with a brand stuck on the front! Well anyways i fitted the universal fmic and put it on the rollers again and was over the moon with the increase... Feels like a different car!
