Possibilities with VAGCOM-cable?

Featured Replies

I've been into BMW-coding the last years, but just recently bought the new Octavia III.

Have been reading a bit, and it seems that is pretty much the same with VAG as with BMW - almost everything seems to be done with a cable and software.

Does anyone now if its possible to alter the paramters on the light sensor?

My xenons have been turned on almost all the time, even in sunlight. It seems that it requires midday-Sahara-light-setting to turn off the xenons.

I want it to run only DRL at daytime, and maybe combined with foglights.

Have you set the sensor sensitivity to "Late" from the settings menu first?

PS: And don't run your fog lights if there's no fog!

Vag-com won't work as too old. Need full latest vcds to connect to octy 3

Ok! :) Thanks.

Yes, its on late (and DRL + fog is legal as option when its daylight in Norway - NOT when dark!) :)
