Anybody else used this website to track their car and seen their build week revert to 'Thank you for your enquiry - Your order is currently awaiting a manufacturing build date.' ?

 

I had Build Week 21 but it appears I'm back to the start again!

Same here, I had BW8 last week.  On Friday the sentence telling me my build week was advisory disappeared so I was hoping that after a day or so an update would say it was confirmed, but now i am getting the same message.

 

'Thank you for your enquiry - Your order is currently awaiting a manufacturing build date.'

correct, you had to have ordered through Rainworth or Bickertons.  I ordered via Steve at Rainsworth.  Very nice chap but very very busy.

Aye, well I wouldn't use the website if I hadn't ordered through Rainworth or it's associates.

 

ccfc1987forever, looks like there's an issue with the website then if you're getting the same message. I've since been told that according to their records I'm still BW 201421.

Very nice chap but very very busy.

 

This seems to be the collective, weighed under perception / experience I've had. Great people, just hard to get to them in the early days. Totally understandable though!

Looks like the Track my Skoda website is back up and running.

 

According to the site (and I have my fingers and everything crossed) my car has a confirmed build for week 8.  

Aye! I just noticed that and good news,  my BW has come back to 18 from 21!! Let it continue to move in that direction....
