Have Your Own Wax

Featured Replies

So your finding it hard to choose a wax.

Well why not have your own?

With this in mind I had a look around and if you visit DW you will find a few members able and willing to achieve this.

So having had a chat with a few of them I contacted Jay at Obsession Wax and started the ball rolling.

I went for a black wax with a smell that I think is just right.

(you will have to meet me or sniff the car to find that out haha)

It's meant to last between 3-4 months, but that can all depend on how and when its applied, over what etc etc

How much for a custom wax just for you and your car? You should be looking around £40-£50 for a generic wax like this but in your colour and smell.

(My other wax, of which only 1 made, costs alot more)

Any questions please feel free to ask.

If you live in the NW and want to try before you buy, feel free to contact me and meet up for a panel or two!

Good stuff that!!

Hybrid?

ie. Is it a Sealer/wax ?

Its a sealant/wax.

You can choose around 120 smells and over 40 colours (I think, will check with Jay).

Depending on temp depends on how long between application and removal.

It does need a double buff (But I have a plan for that) but that isn't that unusual.

Most 'Boutique' Waxes need a Double buff...but as you say...no problem

How does it differ from DJ Supernatural Hybrid? (The only hybrid I've got or used)
