Absolutely not, Quick Detailers in general are for light dust accumulated in a garage, water spotting and the like.

 

This particular one is much more like a spray sealant in behaviour and as such has a thicker consistency, it's relation to being a QD is more to do with it topping up your LSP (Wax/Sealant) rather than cleaning ability.

 

There are slicker QD's out there with more cleaning potential.

I was thinking three times a year (I'm no detailing enthusiast. Sorry.)
