Yeah, I know.

 

But, I normally ride a motorbike and those indicators don't self cancel, and if it's not too much work I'd like to disable it. Anyone know how? From my searches it seems to be airbag out/steering wheel off which seems like a bit too much hassle. I was hoping for a fuse I could remove or a wire I could put a switch in.

 

Any ideas?

It's mechanically driven by a cam type thing on the steering column.

 

So isn't an electrical fix, you need to take the steering wheel off and remove it/file it off.

Yep, airbag and wheel off since the mechanism is not electrical but a mechanical one connected to the steering wheel.
