HELP!

For the sake of my sanity I hope someone can please help me solve what's going on with me 2002 1.4 mpi fabia! I'll give you a small back drop on the situation, was driving my fabia pretty much most of the day, didn't notice anything, I pulled up on a car park and parked... To notice steam coming from my Bonnet, (engine was running but not moving). So of course I opened the bonnet let the engine cool.... All' my anti freeze leaks out on the car park, so got it home, had a look, water pump was my first thought, so my farther (who may I add has been a compete saviour) toke it off and it the gunk that makes it water right had worn away so replaced it and thought everything was all fine, on my way again yesterday, ran fine all day, went to go home after dropping a friend off, temperature gauge starts to rising, so pulled over let the engine cool, got home, my farther had another look, one of the hoses wasn't on properly so did it back up again, still leaking! I can't for the life of me thing what is it! Someone please help me!
