Can't get Wi-Fi at Home on IPhone 5s

Featured Replies

From this morning, my IPhone 5s will not connect to my Home Wi-Fi. (BT) I have rebooted the phone, disconnected and rebooted the router. I have reset the Network on the phone, but when I put in the Wi-Fi password, it says it can not connect. My Dad has the IPhone 5 and he has no issue connecting. Can anybody advise please?

Someone having a laugh and blocking your MAC address. Forget connection on iphone and try again.

Have already done that, tried to re-join, but still won't connect.

Defo connecting to correct router and the correct SSID? Have you tried another connecting to another router just to check WIFI is OK?

I am not trying to be derogatory but in my house I can see many SSID's and a lot of them are for the same ISP.

Just tried another router and that was Ok. Re-tried the one I want, and has now connected. Thanks for your help.

Mine does this every now and again, I have to make sure I shut down all apps/programs before rebooting phone. Then usually all is OK again.
