Closest silver paint I can get to match standard alloys

Featured Replies

I'm going to go back silver with my wheels as the wife keeps saying it looks chavvy with the wheels anthracite. Does anyone know which paint is going to be the closest match to the oem wheel silver I can get from halfords? I'm sure I've used the silver wheel paint before and its been abit dark. Would ford moondust silver be a similar match or is it too silver??

If you're just going to rattle can them mate, get the simonz silver wheel paint and lacquer. It's a really light colour and you'll get more for your money than if you're buying a car specific colour.

I thought that simoniz was slightly darker so I'll try the vw diamond silver. Cheers
