Good morning all

having some trouble with brakes, checked vac pump and pipes seem ok but the pipe out of the actual pump seems loose, is it supposed to be? Is there a fix or loctite? Is there a fix kit?

Check the servo pipe that goes from the Servo to the Tandem pump.. these are common for splitting at the servo end + you can get a repair kit thats a rubber corner piece that slides over the plastic pipe + has 2 clips one at each side

Is the metal pipe from the pump supposed to rotate slightly? I though it was cast as part of the pump housing but its not

Do you mean the ABS pump? Or the tandem pump?

tandem pump then.. the metal pipe that the plastic servo pipe pushes on to shouldnt be loose..

the pipe fitting is just pushed in and peened over when made   slight play shouldn't be a problem but I think there is a small one way valve in the fitting close to the pump (with a TEE?)

I will check the pipes again in the morning and report back

Sorted, where hose connects to a staggered joint it had cracked underneath,couldnt see it until I removed each pipe
