I will be giving the brakes a complete overhaul this weekend, replacing the rubber flexi's for Braided items and therefore giving the entire brake system a flush out and fitting new 5.1 fluid, my question however is how much fluid should I purchase?Will 1litre be enough for the job, or should I buy more?

I'm not sure on that myself. You could buy two then return one unopened?

I used just under a litre replacing the fluid: That's replacing all fluid from the clutch line, all brake lines and reservoir. I used a pressure bleeder which made things easier.

 

I only had to change it due to discoloured fluid and bits of perished rubber in the fluid.

The pressure bleeders, what, where, how, etc? I need an easier way to do the brakes.

Search for Gunson Eazibleed (possibly spelt incorrectly!) I have one of these are is sooo much easier than a manual bleed.
