Finally, it's nearly here!

Ordered an Elegance estate 1.6crd in racde blue with detachable tow bar. Am looking forward to it now. It will be my first Skoda, after having lots of Toyota/ Lexus models over the years. Have always fancied one though, and now I can have a company car I've decided to give one a go!

Have currently got a Volvo V50 DrivE temporary car and I'm in two minds about it. Its comfortable, but I'm not impressed with the PSA 1.6 diesel even if it is slightly higher powered than the Skoda is supposed to be. Plus the interior controls are a bit fussy.

Hope I'm not let down now!

Popped to the Skoda dealer by us yesterday looking at the Citigo for the wife.

Had a sit in an Octavia SE and must admit I really liked it. Don't think I'll miss that Volvo! Daft as it sounds, that is also the first time I've sat in one even though I have one on order! Feel I've made the right choice though, it's such a liked car amongst the motoring press anyway.

Thinking of ordering a Citigo Elegance for the wife.
