Shreaded Tyre

Hi All

I posted this as part of a completely unrelated post (by myself) in the Fabia forum.

I've posted it here too as I'm really not happy :( and hoped for advice.

Anyway...

I just popped out for diesel to local shell garage for my 5 week old Furby vRS. I drove over the rain drain covers and heard a huge BANG!!

End result was a Bridgestone Turanza ER300 with 1000 miles on it with a massive gash. Complete with large scuff on the alloy :( I guess it upturned itself as I drive over it.

Just hope I can claim of the garage.

If nothing else it restored my faith in people as although the shell staff couldn't care less a 21 year old driver (yes 21!!) of a M3 convertible helped out with changing of the wheel

I'm really off at the mo :(

Don't suppose anyone can offer advice?? How long does it take to get a new alloy from the dealer ? As I guess I need to get the tyre changed ASAP and then have the new tyre transfered to the new alloy when I get it? And I guess the bridgestones wont be stock items anywhere either?
