does anybody know if its a big job taking the undertray off?

8 or 9 T20 screws.

Yeah, real big job lol.

Nah, proper socket and it will be off in 5. Just work around the undertray removing all the bolts, there are at least 6.

Helps to have some room to get under there, either park on a tall kerb, or jack the car up and backup the jack with a couple of bricks or stand in case the jack fails.

Then you can be sure its not just rainwater or something. Unless your fluids are actually going down, it may not be coolant.

Although no coolant antifreeze in there is just plain bonkers.
