I've got a Fabia 14 automatic. When I start the car in the morning it sounds like the 'clutch' is slipping  and the revs increase. After about 2 miles when it's warmed up  the high revs stops and it behaves.

I've been looking for a dip stick/fill level for the auto gearbox but there's nothing obvious. There's nothing in the Skoda manuals.

 

Any info. appreciated.

2005 is a mark one and therefore you would be better off asking in the Fabia I section!
