vRS for noob

Featured Replies

hi peeps

I'm a noob here

just looking for some advice - i'm looking for a new car and have spotted an 03 60K vRS for

Ive seen cheaper at the mileage (not that the mileage is a problem).

Have a look on e-bay as a good guide, last time I looked there were quite a few on there. But I think your guess at the price is a little more accurate.

suppose it depends on condition of the car and what a buyer is prepared to pay at the end of the day.

check Skoda uk's used car search as well... it'll give you all the cars at dealers around the country and you can search for a certain price bracket.

its how i got my car.

Also, at that kind of mileage, the car *ought* to have a cambelt change. It may not be requested till later, but majority of garages recommend doing it as a precautionary measure.

So better check whether it's been done or not if the car has 60k-ish miles. It can be a bit of a pricey service to do ;)
