Fabia mk1 cuts out

Featured Replies

My fabia vrs cuts out once its warmed up any ideas would be appreciated

Temperature sensor died, I would assume your engine is cutting out as your getting an overtemperature condition on the ECU, I would plug the car in first though to properly scan it - this should give a proper indication of what is wrong

Fuel temp sensor could be gone.

If the ecu shut the car down it'll be for a safety reason so it would log an out of range or exceeding range fault on the sensor and store it on the ecu.  Get it scanned and see if anything comes up.

Also, make sure your fans are working and your water is recirculating.
