Hi, Ive got a Skoda Octavia 2, TDI 1.9, I had a problem which I could not find a solution on the net but I did see that many other had a similar problem.  Anyway I think I have ressolved my problem and wanted to share that with others.

 

Problem: Slow water leak from somewhere, I would need to top up every 100 or so miles. this gradually got worse to around 50 miles, so I investigated myself and found the leak. Its a plastic pipe on the engine block, which deteriorates.  will post full pics. and details when I figure out how.

Welcome to Briskoda. :) Once you have worked out how to, post the details in the Octavia II forum. Which engine does your car have?
