anyone received letter from VW finance recently with wrong finance / vehicle details on it?

 

the nice person I rang about it today was ok until i gave them the details then after a check with colleague seemed a little flustered , I then mentioned data protection

 

 just checking if one off or more wide spread,

if you don't want to confirm on open forum, please drop me a yes or no on a PM

 

as I want to know if this is a one off with just the letter to myself or much wider as there are implications under data protection act / ICO
