At short notice,having been let down by another dealer, Jacksons were not only able to fit in my Warranty work but also provide me with a courtesy car.

To cap it all they actually fixed all of my snags, all within four hours from first point of contact.

I used to use Jacksons but now use Winchester Motor Company even though it is 30 miles away compared to 2.

Didn't like the service manager plus they are more expensive @ Jacksons.

Got a new service manager now and the one of the other service guys, Nick, is always helpful. May try them out again for some small jobs and then see.

I was always very happy with Winchester Motor Company, although they're a little pricier than Ford for servicing!

Can thoroughly recommend T A Porter & Son, near Colchester. Family company and been Skoda dealers since Adam was a lad. Only down-side is that Andy Porter keeps trying to sell me a Superb and I'm afraid he's starting to convince me. Aaaaarrrgggghhhh.

Another vote for Winchester Motor Company, they service both our Octys & the service is outstanding & their work is excellent. Even the bodyshop is good which unfortunately we had to use after a House ran into the back of SWMBO's Octy.

Weve had numerous cars over the years & used numerous different dealers but WMC just seem streets ahead of the lot.

There costs also seem reosnable which is probably borne out by Adrians comments
