Putting a vRS Bumper Back On

What's the best way to put these back on ? I followed the forge fitting guide, just having trouble getting the bumper back on at the edges within the wheel arch.

You need to make sure the plastic of the bumper goes over the screw hole if that makes sense. So the bumper plastic sits closer to the wheel

Get your fingers between wheel arch and bumper lip. Then you can use fingers to bend bumper lip out (towards the wheel hub). Then push bumper in with free hand.

Once you do it once you figure the nack

As above, you've got the bumper on the wrong side of the fixing point.

look at the bumper from by the wheel and the bumper needs to be nearest the wheel, not behind the fixing point.

hard to explain but once you see where its stuck its obvious!!! :)

Cheers guys I'll have another crack at it.

Pull bumper back out then try again. The top torque hole in arch is where its going wrong

I had this exact problems when I refitted mine. As Coskev and DarkHero said :thumbup:

Mine are like that also after removing it,wondered what I had done wrong.  :blush:

Sorted this now ... and was like doh! that's why it didn't sit right.

I did this with mine and I was suicidal for about 2 month until I next took the bumper off and realised my mistake :laugh:

Ensure you get the edges done before fixing the screws into the chassis legs for maximum flexibility.
