Am I right in thinking this has been remapped.

Here's some logs I took today from vcds and i'm trying to compare to standard values given on Hidden powers website.

To me it looks like it's been mapped before am I right ?

Does that say 2796??? Alot of over boost!!! Standard boost pressure is 1.35bar on the asz engine so there fore I would say its mapped.

Yip 2796. Is that fat too much ?

That's pd150 turbo territory .... way over boosting for pd130

Could that much boost be causing the error code 19558.

It has just had a new control motor for the butterfly in the inlet (apparently) but the light is still coming on and it was the garage that have said it's being caused my a remap. I wasn't aware it was mapped until now.

It's requesting 1.4bar boost pressure. Remember to take away the 1 a bar atmospheric pressure. Quite an overboost low down in your revs!

It's requesting 1.5bar. Stock is 1.35bar. So yes it's mapped.

Actuator looks to need some work as it's high on the duty cycle.

@OP,

1) use the screen print facility or cutepdf to copy rather than taking a photo of the screen. (Forget this advice if it's not your computer/screen or it's not networked).

2) Got quite a bit of overboost. Is it decatted? If so has the map been adjusted? Failing that could be sticky vanes or a vacuum problem not operating the vanes.

That is a lot of boost for a standard turbo to survive if it does it regularly. Was it doing it before the new control motor? ISTR the control block thing atatches lots of vacuum pipes, including the turbo vanes. It's possible one's now loose/split or squashed somewhere, or even fitted to the wrong outlet.

Would I be able to flash the ECU with a standard BLT engine map until you have something made. This would allow me to see if the engine management light goes off.

Thanks for the replys everyone. Is it now a good time to get the turbo checked out then because i don't know how long it's been running like this.

Yup its remapped but as said is overboosting and struggling to maintain requested hence high DMap reading

Should be 80% at 4k rpm.

Mr muscle clean time as probably suffering from sticking VNT mechanism
