Looked and can't find a how to guide. Anyone help?

If you mean oil change, there is a fill plug and a drain plug on the gearbox I'm sure it is a hex type plug, drain oil and then refill. I would suggest using skoda oil. Before draining oil I would suggest you make sure you can remove the fill plug as they can seize.

Also a strange size, my Vrs was a security torx bit.

17mm hex IIRC.

You need a special tool. There is a pin in the middle soa std hex torx thing wont work.

Ebay there is some.

I did it on my build/project thread, took pictures including the oil!
