Octavia bottom gearbox mounting

I had the clutch changed in my tdi octavia about 6000 miles ago, now it seems to snap the bolt that holds the bottom mounting on to the gearbox. Any suggestions as to what it might be? It seems to do this every 200 miles or so, this being the third time its happened.
