You want be disappointed, Had mine for Christmas of the better half. Its fantastic. When i use mine I have the red knob at the top turned to the - and i find it works well that way.  

Yup +1 dilution knob to minus and set the spray mouth to nearly but not quite closed, otherwise you might go through a lot of product trying to make foam.

 

One inch of magi in the bottom of the bottle and top to about two/thirds full with hot water

Listen to them as they know what they doing...I didn't ask anyone and trying to be the smart arse I wasted the whole 500ml on my first wash...

 

Glad I have spare 5ltr bootle...!
