Roof Rails

Featured Replies

Does anyone know the best place to get roof rails from,

Also do Skoda do them?

Cheers

Skoda do them, but I think they are essentially Thule bars and you can pick them up cheaper at halfords (other reputable motorfactors are available).

I got Thule square bars, with fitting kit for Octavia, then Superb, then my Fabia and most recently, the wfie's Golf.  All the same bar, just a different kit.

Cheers for your help guys i will take a look

Roofbox are fantastic for advice, range and service. I rang them this evening for bars and a boot liner for our Roomster. They do a one-key service where they'll provide barrels for your current Thule gear so that you only need one key.

I got mine from http://www.roofbox.co.uk/

Got my alloy aero roof bars from these, great stuff and only £75 inc carriage.

If I sell the Monte, a new set of fixings for the new car is only £20 which means I can still use the same bars.

Lidl regularly do them for £26. So far I've had stuff for the dump, bikes and a boat on them and they have been fine. Rated for 90kd with is 15kg more than the roof!
