I installed some LED reg plate lights to my 2010 Octavia vRS CR Tdi last week. Obviously they didn't work without error codes so I removed them.

 

Today I have run a fault code scan with VCDS and cleared the codes. While I was there I turned on "coming home lights" and tried out the LED reg light feature but it didn't change anything so changed it back........... they are the only change I made.

 

After coding I struck the car up and now it feels lumpy while idling. It's almost like it's got an intermittent misfire.

 

Any suggestions?

It'd a totally different controller so shouldn't affect anything to do with the engine.

Does vcds show anuthnh with a full scan?

Can't edit from my phone...anything with a full scan ^^
