Can someone help. Im at this stage and the boss i borrowed from my friend doesnt seem to fit :/ does the slip ring come off the wheel? Its just the airbag/horn connector plug in the way

Doesn't look like it has the hole for the abs sensor to go through are you sure it's the right boss

Its from a lupo. Im only borrowing it to see if i like the 280mm wheel size. At least i know now if i do like it, the boss i get will retain all this.

You need a mk4 golf boss, I bought the skoda one and had to have it machined as its too deep and hits the column cover.

 

Cheers dude i think the 280 is too small for my liking. Thinking a 320 should suffice

I have a 330mm one, and its a good size.  I do have a 300 in the shed, but that is a little small.  I should probably sell it.  I also got the mk4 golf one, and needed to get it trimmed down slightly.  Works very well though.
