Hi everyone, I'm new to this site

I need help as I've just recently bought a skoda fabia comfort. I'm having an issue with the central locking. The car opens fine from the key fob but when the passenger door is opened it locks the rear doors, then when you close the passenger door again the rear doors open again. I'm just wondering what this could be and if there is any way the locking system may be reset

Any help would be appreciated

not sure but, check the child safety lock mechanism isn't set to ON

Struggling to find anywhere exactly what oil type my engine should be using. The owner manual says "ask a specialist garage for the correct engine oil", which is bizarre - can't the manufacturer of the vehicle just tell me! On a previous with a dealer, they put in "Edge Prof LL IV 0W-20". I've just had a service via the RAC today, and they gave me the remaining oil in the tub, and I've just noticed it's "0W-30" and also says "VW 504.00/507.00" specification. Ok, Matrix Leds are fantastic. When driving on A or B class roads they working perfect, illuminates both sides of the road and cuts out cars at the front or oncoming traffic. I've never been flashed. When I tried to use them on motorway it's a different story. Right headlamp is illuminating as expected but left one doesn't illuminate side of the road but only gives a lot of light far at the front of the car.. Good afternoon all. After not using my heater/blower for a couple of months. Turned on last week and aircon was blowing 'tepid' air. Have been to dealer this morning. They did a regas, confirming there were no leaks. Unfortunately has not cured the problem. They want to book in for a 'diagnostic' but cannot tell me what they will do or what they suspect can be wrong !! Has anybody had similar issues they may be able to give me some pointers towards please ??

We have had our 2014 Skoda Fabia Mk2 diesel (1.6 105bhp) since it was 3 years old and have had 100k of relatively trouble free driving in that time (now at 135k overall) but with an injector failure last year and another one occurring now (we got the warning light and for now it has gone away) is it time to trade it in for something else whilst it still has a little bit of life and value left in it? It past its MOT last week and has a perfect history (apart from a tyre issue) on it's record and
