DA Polishing pads + Backing plate

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I need to get some spot pads and a 3" backing plate for my DAS6 Pro.

Does anyone know of any particularly good deals from suppliers?

I'll be hoping to get a fair few pads for various jobs on the car when i get a clear day.

Thanks

I've never noticed a difference between backing plates, so I would open the usual culprits in different browser windows to compare.  I have a 150mm, 75mm and 50mm backing plates for various things.  The 75mm one (which is essentially 3") is good as it has a good 2" layer of foam which gives a little handy flex around smaller gaps, etc. :)

Pads?  Well, you just get the pads you might buy in 6", but smaller. :D

I've got Hexlogic 6" pads but I don't think I necessarily need all my pads to be these.

i was just wondering if anyone has seen any good offers.

iShinecarcare's prices are good and he has done 10% for Brisky members so unless anyone suggests something better I will look there.

I don't think I have seen many real deals on these kinds of things. :)
