Hi Guys,

 

I need to get some spot pads and a 3" backing plate for my DAS6 Pro.

 

Does anyone know of any particularly good deals from suppliers?

 

I'll be hoping to get a fair few pads for various jobs on the car when i get a clear day.

I've never noticed a difference between backing plates, so I would open the usual culprits in different browser windows to compare.  I have a 150mm, 75mm and 50mm backing plates for various things.  The 75mm one (which is essentially 3") is good as it has a good 2" layer of foam which gives a little handy flex around smaller gaps, etc.

 

Pads?  Well, you just get the pads you might buy in 6", but smaller.

I've got Hexlogic 6" pads but I don't think I necessarily need all my pads to be these.

No deals as such that I know about...but if you go for a discount code, that's probably the way to go

I use a mix of Hexalogic and 3M pads...with a flexipad on my Rotary..

I bought the last lot from Shinearama, but they've closed down
