How do I FTP bits to the Plusnet CGI server as I am just starting to play around with it ?

I am using Cuteftp which I have setup no problem.

Although having a look at the FAQ's, it seems that this is for the old CGI platform and cshell is for the new one which they're encouraging all users to migrate to! Maybe my account is older than yours then if you only have access to the newer server? :o
