any help with this one??

 

I've got a slight rock backwards and forwards on my drivers seat. and i've noticed my lever to more the seat backwards and forwards is really far out not like the passengers. Would you think this is causing it to rock? or is my seat broken?

 

p.s I've got a 04 fabia vrs

 

If you can see the subframe is still bolted securely to the floor, I would imagine something inside the seat is bust. :(

I've got this problem too, it's excessive wear to the hinges at the back of the seat. You can see it when you look in the rear drivers footwell at the back of the seat, I can fit a 2p in it and it stops the movement. You could probably get it welded to bulk up the metal and minimise the rocking though (I don't mean weld the two bits together lol). Failing that buy a new seat
