No didn't get free servicing paid cash and got good discount and extras. P/X was good as well.

Ad supposedly for 3 yr onwards but hopefully most dealers will give you that price for a newer car.

Should have pushed the dealer a bit harder never mind great car no probs after 11 months

12 month or 10k = £129, 24 month or 20k = £249, then repeat. TDI needs other expensive stuff that nice clean petrols don't after....err.... Dunno... I've ordered a petrol.

Don't pay for the £249 service.

 

All that you get extra over the £129 service is an air, pollen and fuel filter (and spark plugs on the petrol).

 

The thing is all of the above are only fitted as part of the £249 service "when required", and they aren't required until at least three years old!

 

So essentially you are paying an extra £120 for nothing!

 

Get the £129 service and have all three filters swapped out as an extra (£80 when I last had it done) and you are still £40 better off!
