My first experience with AD purple rain 2.0

My first experience with AD purple rain 2.0

All I did on this trial was spray the alloys (which are heavily pitted) with the pressure washer, then sprayed on the purple rain, left to dwell for around 5-8 mins and jet sprayed off.

It was just a quick test, but I have to say it did much better with no adgetation than I have done with a lot of scrubbing.

A few pics of it in action.

Quite impressed!

I find that If I wash the wheels first and then apply the PR, its more effective

Chris...if you've washed the wheels and they are clean, why do you bother with the `PR`?

Also, I use CG Wheel Guard as my sealer...will the `PR` (though I use Bilberry) remove the sealer?

Many thanks

Mike.

Because you cant get all the brake dust off if its heavy with it

So the more you can wash off first...the better

I just didn't really have the time today, and was really eager to try it.

I will do the job properly tomorrow. If I feel upto it anyway.

Thanks for the advice chris, I think I've let Amy's alloys get in to a bad state of repair at the moment.
