I had the intention of getting new alloys but this never happened so I'm sticking with my old wheels, bolts & caps.

These are therefore surplus to requirements.

16 x standard wheel nut caps (p/n 1Z0 601 173 BLH)

4 x lock nut caps (p/n 1Z0 601 173 A BLH)

These are quite tight on my slightly corroded 7 year old bolts on my Octavia, but do fit. These will fit an Octavia and, I guess, a Fabia with standard wheel bolts.

Probably 17mm bolt heads.

I did measure then a while back and that size seems to be what I recall.

I'll measure if anyone needs to know.
