my eml came on yesterday, with the glow plug flashing.

The car drove ok, without any loss of power or limp mode.
I have cleared the codes, and no warning lights came on today after a 100 mile motorway trip.
 
I have a DTUK box fitted and spoke with DTUK, who seemed to think it was unrelated to the box.
 
The box was left off today, but I have replaced it now with the map dropped from 4,2 to 4,1.
 
Any ideas what these codes refer to and should I be worried?
