Afternoon all!

Picked up my 2nd vRS couple of weeks ago and and dealer has said will provide me with mats (should think so as well) and they are on order. Got a call today to say Skoda don't do vRS mats anymore! My 2011 vRS had them with red stitching and had vRS logo on etc but salesman says they stopped doing them?

Can anyone confirm if this is correct or have I been fobbed off with bog standard Fabia mats?

My 2013 model came with mats but mine only say "Fabia" down in the corner. 

 

Bit c**p if you ask me, would have much preferred a little VRS logo or something!

 

Maybe some you can get off eBay but they might not be original. 

There are quite a few custom car mat places that do OEM quality ones - I got some good ones, but can't remember the supplier. A quick google throws up these:

I'm sure the company I went with was more customisable as I got a stainless steel heel plate added to mine. Not cheap, but good quality.

I had the none VRS ones with mine when I picked it up this week.  They were cheap but they seem it to be honest.  Would have preferred VRS ones.  May look into other car mats places too.

Yep, Skoda do not sell vRS mats for the fabia - you just get the standard 'Fabia' ones.

Aftermarkets ones will go in mine when they need replacing....

Got these ones in mine too. They don't disintegrate like the OEM ones!

Thanks for the replies folks picked up mats this evening and they are just plain with Fabia written on them as JVickery says. Oh well. At least I'm not alone in this one. Probably down to costs why they have stopped doing them? Dealer said the Octavia vRS is the same. My 2011 vRS had lovely mats in red stitching vRS logo on etc. wish I had kept them now! Lesson learned.

You can use the Fabia ones for automatics. Those made for manuals do not fit the drivers footwell. They tried to fob me off with a set for a manual but soon got hold of some which fit perfectly ordered direct from Skoda. Not vRS specific with stitching or anything but plain black ones with Skoda labels on the back. Only in December. Sounds like they are making something up here.

this was my set from back 2011, still as good as new today.

I bought a set of mats for my new Fabia VRS from Ambassador Car Mats (google will find them).

 

They were £30 for a set of 4 - front ones with the 'propper' VRS logo embroidered on - and were delivered in 2 days.

 

They are very good quality, and everyone who sees them comments on how smart they look.
