Hai my car is running in stage 3 hybrid turbo , I'm interested in upgrading to a high flow cast manifold , please suggest me a good one , my suggestions are the below

1. Atp exhaust manifold

2. Maxspeedingrods manifold

3. Ebay ones

None there all rubbish

When you say stage 3 where from what other mods and setup it got

Best bang for bucks is to port standard mannifold

I thought the standard mani ported would be more than capable
