Does anyone know if the Hammerite Smooth Red(?) is a good match for SE Calipers?

A match? Should be identical - I'd do all four anyway if I were painting a front set.

New red will look newer so nothing will match as such unless you clean and polish the others.

As above, unless you're just doing a touch up to a small chip etc on them then do the job fully would be my suggestion.

I did mine in Hammerite smooth red a few weeks back. Don't have a pic with the wheel off but this is freshly painted

I did mine a while ago in the halfords equivalent to hammerite smooth red, don't see why people pay the extra money !

How much is the Halfords stuff? Link?

I can't remember how much I paid but it wasn't much

Looks similar to when I used hammerite on mine I guess.

Got some Hammerite this evening. I'll prob be having a go next weekend at painting them as I've **** loads to do tomorrow lol.
