bit of a weird question.  i have a 1.9tdi 105pd. know people with golfs same engine i think? swapping  there intake manifolds  with the 130bhp model to make more power? does it actually work? is it just a bolt on mod as such?

I would think it will make no difference on a diesel. In fact they may be the same.

easiest way to get more power is to add a tuning box but stick to the quality ones such DTUK rather than the cheap resistor ones on ebay
