Dark Walnut Trim Wanted from Breaker's Yard

As a fully paid up Old Git, I would prefer dark walnut trim strips on the doors and across the bottom of the dashboard of my 2007 Octavia instead of the basic "silver-paint-effect" brushed aluminium strips.

Does anyone know of a breaker's yard (or anywhere else) where I might be able to find some, please?  I would be quite willing to change the entire door card if this was easier to do and the cards were available cheaply second-hand from a scrap car.

(I could also be interested in repacing the seats with leather ones, but I imagine any second-hand leather seats - if they were in good condition - would command a high price.) 

I know you can obtain new imitation wood trim pieces from some "after market" specialists, but (1) they are silly expensive  (2) most of them tend to be a garish bright yellow or orange shade instead of a nice subdued dark walnut and (3) I only want to replace the aluminium trim strips.  I don't want to change the existing plain black surrounds around the central dash panels.

Does anyone have any experience of replacing the interior trim of a 2007 Octavia, please?
