How do you replace the gear stick cover the supposed leather item, I've got one from an S3 thats going on but not sure how to remove the standard one.

you might find that the clip holding the gearknob on it like the one in this video rather than the jubilee clip in that one, i know it was in mine when I had mine uncovered last.

 

I've just ordered a new gaiter funnily enough as my original 10.5 year old one is badly worn. 

think my gaier is fine, just the insert is worn, but i refused to pay going on for £20 for a little bit of plastic!
