Can a VRS 16 inch spare wheel and full size tyre fit into the spare wheel well of a mk1 fabia estate?

Also does the jack and tools (plastic housing) fit in the middle the same as the one for the mk1 fabia estate?

It'll fit but won't sit flush. The shape of the steel rim can accommodate the bulge in the floor pan, whereas the face of the vRS alloys are much flatter. You can put it in 'face up' but you'll not be able to use the plastic tool insert then.
