Can anyone help me with the following please?

 

1. What is the outside diameter of the standard exhaust on the Mk1 vRS? I need to re-fit my standard system, and it had to be cut to get it off. Hence I need to get a joining pipe. I can't be arsed with the fiddle of welding it in-situ.

 

2. What's the best way to get a little dent out of the tailpipe? As I can't see anywhere obvious to get something behind it...  I was thinking I may have to drill a small hole just inside the tip, and push it out through the hole.

I'm pretty sure the standard exhaust is 2.5" in sure I have a pic somewhere.

Standard fabia exhaust is 2.25" a random size I know

Cheers mate! Went and measured it with a vernier in the end. Just thought it may be quicker on here ha ha!
