First of all apologies as this is related to a non Skoda car but I posted this other VW forums and hadn't ay responses so I try u go guys (as Skoda owners tend to be more informative ).

 

Looking at replacing a RNS315 on a 2013 VW Passat B7 with reverse camera, DAB and MDI with a RNS510 model P and wandering if all the above add ons will carry on working?

Any help appreciated. Thx.

Should do. They are both fairly recent head units and, the RNS 510 is a better spec unit.

The DAB will not work with the 510 unless it is the DAB Model you are buying. Everything else will work

Normal RNS 510 Units will range from 400-500 however the DAB ones go for around 900-1000

... and you will have to add a bluetooth module as well since the RNS315 has BT built in ... At least when mounted in a Superb under the name Amundsen+ ...
