DemonShine

Featured Replies

Hi. I have, if you have good pressure coming from your hose, it will do the job. Pressure in my house isn't great, so it won't work properly.

P.S. I use it as a normal shampoo, as it's better IMO than anything else.

Thanks, Chris.

Having an AA branded pressure washer and being unable to buy a foam lance I bought a bottle the other week and was impressed for £12 how much coverage you could get. My problem was that I like to rinse each panel at a time when I wash with a bucket, but doing this with the foam on the car means you end up washing off the foam you just put on. So, I've now resorted to leaving the rinse till the end but this is now causing streaks.

For £12 a pop I'd consider looking at running thru some other brand foam in the supplied lance to see if this removed the dirt better.

I did manage to buy 3 more bottles for £20 at Halfords so have a decent supply for a while.

I'll take some pics of real world application as it is all well and good having the ads showing a fully foamed up car.

They have an advert on (think) discovery before wheeler dealers and it looks as thin as if you use snowfoam with a normal lance bottle, I.e. not much cop. You can get tried and trusted snowfoam off tinterweb for well under £20 for 5 litres and considering how much you use each time I can't see the point of demon shine TBH.... probably just aimed at the masses who want something simple thats readily available in Halfords etc.
