I have just wasted my Sunday morning trying to replace my starter motor on my 1.4 comfort. I can take everything off the old one except the damn top allen bolt. I have sawn off part of the allen key to fit it in the space but I cant apply any pressure to push it in. My hands are too big and I cant see what I am doing. Do I need to buy a special tool to do this?

You need hex sockets - not allen keys.
