If you mean by sale they are charging identical prices to carparts4less (sister company) then yes, you're right. Instead of you entering a 25% off code they're doing 'up to' 50% off with no codes required. If you mean they are actually discounting things and you're saving money against the prices they normally charge and others normally sell them at, then no, they aren't.
