Bump strips on doors

Hi guys ive searched for information but can not find any,

If i remove the bump strip on my fabia will i be left with holes or are they stuck on?

You live like 2 miles away from me haha.  Their stuck on mate, i used guitar string like a cheese wire to remove mine then a lot of Tardis to get the left over glue off.
