Removing the cassette fascia on my fabia?

Featured Replies

I want to replace the cassette player in my new fabia but am unsure about how to take off the fascia. Do I just yank it out, or do I need to buy some special tool?

You need to two release keys that slot in either side.

Have a search about, plenty of suppliers about and DIY options.

Ask your dealers nicely ;)

Halfords do them for not very much money and I've used my set for changing countless radios - very useful :D

Brass single nail picture hooks!

Straighten the hook bit out which will effectively snap it off and they work fine... just long enough and dirt cheap!
